O THE ADVANCEMENT OF COVID-19 AND ITS REFLECTIONS IN THE NATIONAL AGENCY OF HEALTH PROCEDURE LIST REGULATING HEALTH PLANS

Abstract

The purpose of the present article was to investigate the scope of COVID-19 and to verify the supportive measures that have been used in the private sector, specifically in health plan operators, These facts also allowed the verification of the importance of adherence to the list of National Health Agency procedures. This production was elaborated through articles that faced a similar theme; research sites and informational newspapers on the number of people infected or killed by the virus; also were used some court decisions in cases in which the important role of the ANS role was demonstrated, as well as the need to implement it. In this sense, were shared information about the number of deaths in the countries and which ones were most
affected. Likewise, it is shown that the symptoms of the virus can vary, or even not appear, which contributes to its rapid global spread, giving rise to preventive and repressive measures such as information about the virus, determination of the use of masks and lockdown. The pandemic scenario has led to the implementation of measures that also reach the private sector, specifically the health plan operators and ANS that regulate them. Thus, in this text, were cited some of the implementations carried out by ANS in order to provide broad access to health in this period, and it is possible to observe changes in the list of mandatory procedures that corroborate the importance of its effectiveness.
