A THE IMPORTANCE OF BUILDING A COOPERATIVE NARRATIVE IN THE ORGANIZATION'S INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND ITS TRANSFORMING ROLE
Abstract
The communication process in post-modernity, from technological and digital advancement, has been reconfigured and has become a strategic asset in organizational management. Changes in management paradigms have led to the demand for professionals with personal values integrated with the organization as a whole. The methodology used for this research, was a qualitative descriptive approach, using bibliographic research as a base, with references to articles and specialized sites that deal with the theme of communication. It is considered thatinternal communication in cooperatives has a role of collaborating and encouraging theparticipation of cooperative members, with transparency, democratic management and cooperative education, always striving to improve the image and relationship with society.
